What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a graceful, non-aggressive martial art that helps improve balance, increase flexibility and improve muscle strength. Each movement builds on the previous to create a smooth, even continuous form.

What are the benefits of taking Tai Chi?

  • Tai Chi is proven to reduce pain and improve mental well-being.
  • Recurring falls are reduced by 70% after taking Tai Chi
  • 99% of participants improved balance and flexibility
  • 100% improved strength

We offer beginner and advanced levels of Tai Chi taught by certified instructors in a relaxed, comfortable environment. If you're looking to improve your balance, increase strength and become more active, but you're not sure where to begin, then Tai Chi may be a good choice for you.
