Kent County Senior Millage and Upcoming Election
The August 5 election is coming up quickly and, in addition to the Kent County Senior Millage, a number of issues and candidates will be on the ballot. Because many of us live, work, and spend time in a variety of places, it can get a bit confusing as to who and what will actually be on your ballot when you go to vote. Fortunately, the Michigan Voter Information Center has put together a website that you can use to see exactly what will be on your ballot on election day. Visit https://webapps.sos.state.mi.us/mivote/SelectPublicBallot.aspx and select the County, Jurisdiction, and Precinct where you live, and it will show you what your ballot will include on August 5. This is not an official ballot and cannot be used for voting, but can help you prepare before you go to the polls.
