Annual Celebration 2024
Join us for our Annual Celebration Open House!
The lunch registration deadline has now passed. You are still welcome to attend the event any time between 11 am and 1:30 pm, but we will be unable to accommodate lunch for non-registered guests.
Join the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan for our Annual Community Celebration! This event is open house-style, where our partners will share information on available senior services in our region! Enjoy games, free lunch, and giveaways!
WHEN & WHERE:
- 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, lunch to take place at noon
- Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan (3215 Eaglecrest Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525)
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Resource booths from our Older Americans Act and Kent County Senior Millage Partners highlighting senior and caregiver services in our nine-county region
- Giveaways and games
- A chance for comradery and learning
- Free lunch ONLY with pre-registration, and sign-up details below
- Note: In the case of inclement weather, we will cancel as this event is taking place outside
WHO CAN ATTEND:
- Anyone in the community is welcome to attend from professionals, caregivers, and seniors

PARKING INFORMATION
This event takes place outside in the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan parking lot (3215 Eaglcrest Drive NE). There will be a large white tent for gathering with tables and chairs for community members, partner resource booths will surround this tent in an aisle-like fashion for visiting. There is designated parking at 3355 and 3235 Eagle Park Drive and a courtesy shuttle will take you from the pavilion to the event space. See the map below for further details.
