Engaging Wellness Programs Mark Senior Fitness Day with Open House Series

Join us in celebrating a special opportunity for older adults to learn about activities to stay healthy and active!  National Senior Health and Fitness Day is being celebrated around the country on Wednesday, May 29th.  Engaging Wellness Partners in West Michigan are offering many events to highlight our special classes designed specifically for older adults.

It is never too late to start exercising!  Are you unsure where to begin?  Are you overwhelmed or intimidated by local gym equipment and classes? Where other physical activity programs can fail to recognize the challenges and privileges of growing older, our programs specialize in endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and fall prevention.  Our Engaging Wellness Programs focus on aging with resilience, using instructors trained specifically in working with older adults! Join us at Senior Health and Fitness Event offered by our Engaging Wellness partners near you.
