A Matter of Balance Coach Training!

Thursday, April 20, and Friday, April 21 from 9 am-3 pm.

Lunch is provided and the cost is free. Learn more and fill out the application form.

Engaging Wellness classes are designed specifically for older adults. Community partners throughout West Michigan are dedicated to helping older adults stay active and independent.

ENGAGING WELLNESS CLASSES ARE:

  • Safe and effective for older adults

  • Drop-ins welcome
  • Focus is on
    • Strength and flexibility
    • Falls prevention/balance
    • Cardio fitness
    • Nutrition education
    • Fun, fitness, and friendship

* Please note: We welcome you to come and try out any of our classes - your first class is free. On your first visit we ask that you arrive 10-minutes prior to the time class begins to meet with the instructor and receive an orientation to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
