Michigan Older American Community Services Employment Program (MOACSEP or Title V)
MOACSEP is a part time employment training program for low-income, unemployed individuals age 55 and over. Program participants are placed at non-profit organizations in order to gain additional skills and when “job ready,” receive employment placement assistance.
