EAST GRAND RAPIDS MAN APPOINTED TO STATE ADVOCATES COUNCIL

Dr. Frederick R. (Rob) Deane has been appointed Chair of the Michigan Senior Advocates Council. The council is comprised of senior leaders and activists from across the state who advocate for issues affecting older adults.
A retired Navy Physician, Deane has won multiple statewide awards for his volunteer work on aging related causes.
Deane resides in East Grand Rapids and also serves on the Advisory Council for the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan.
