You need more exercise-related classes offered at a time. The only class ever offered in Mason Co. it seems is the one on balance. While that is a valuable class, what about disabled people who would like to use their non-disabled parts of their bodies to increase their health in easy exercises? Now that spring is here I can finally get outside, but I need someone who can help me when I fall, so I'm stuck inside even in good weather.
