Kent Senior Millage Report Due Dates
Millage reports are due to the AAAWM office by the 12th of the month following the month just ended.
Reports include the monthly reimbursement request, millage client forms, service units by client and/or demographic summaries (specific services).

July August 12
August September 12
September October 13
October November 12
November December 12
December January 12, 2009 (this is a final report. No exceptions.)
If any report will be late, please contact your contract coordinator immediately. Your timely payment depends on your timely reports. Thank you.
FYI – Older American reports are due on the 10th of the month.
