Healthy Moves for Aging Well
Healthy Moves for Aging Well is a 12-week, evidence based, in-home exercise program. This program provides frail elders the opportunity to learn five simple exercises they can do at home to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Professionals work with participants to set goals and monitor progress, volunteers provide phone-based support and encouragement.
